【中英文摘要】	目的:探讨用Medpor支架植入行全耳郭再造术的临床效果和不良反应的发生率。方法:选择2004-06/2005-05上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院耳鼻咽喉科就诊的先天性小耳畸形或外伤性耳郭缺损的患者8例,其中先天性小耳畸形7例,外伤性耳郭缺损1例,行Medpor支架植入、颞筋膜瓣覆盖并游离皮片移植全耳郭再造术。采用以患者为试验对象的自身对照试验方法,观察其手术效果。结果:①8例患者再造耳均成活。②随访12个月,无1例支架外露。③随着时间的推移,形态渐显逼真,立体感强,外形和颅耳角与健耳对称,与术前比较外形明显改善。④未出现材料排异、过敏及其他不良事件和副反应。结论:Medpor支架植入耳郭再造术外形逼真,整体立体感强,远期不易吸收变形。 AIM:To investigate the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reaction of transplantation of Medpor scaffold in otoplasty. METHODS: We recruited 8 patients with congenital microtia or trauma defect of auricle who received treatment in the Department of Otolaryngology, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from June 2004 to May 2005.
